Our customers reserve the right to return the products they have selected and received within no more than 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The return policy for ordered and sent products can only be valid if::
- The product has not suffered any unintentional or unintentional damage from the customer (including damage due to poor transportation, inappropriate use, etc.)
- The product has not been used.
- The product to be returned is accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
- A period of 14 calendar days has not been elapsed from the date of delivery of the product to the customer or the transport agency.
The cost of sending the return of the product is entirely charged to the customer.
